Teaching and Learning with Evernote.

  1. There are so numerous forms to practice Evernotes on a grade level. I will like to use it to create 5th grade projects, save lesson plans and beyond. Subsequently I wanted to encourage the Core Standards. However here’s a list of the aids of Evernote:
  2. Educators and scholars cooperate and share articles; sharing annotation lets you quickly and easily shares any of your notepads with other people, if you choose. Share a notepad and permit others to observe and collaborate on work.
  3. Make sketchbooks for all lessons, and generate an innovative note each day with the schema, pictures and/or audio observations. An image or photos of each of 5th graders will include project catalogs, period tours, eat list of options, educator aids, reference knowledge, schoolroom rules, and almanacs. Subsequently, place them all hooked on Evernote. Aimed at several kids, can be keeping things orderly with notepads or related labels.
  4. Every message has a shareable URL, so educators can upright their logs for the day to societal avenues and permit their families to admittance. Meantime Evernote practices pads and logs. Notepads are similar springs you could have one for each period and are extra pages in each spring. However each time, it is possible to turn on a new page in a spring for the next couple of hours. That could work with Evernote, but scholars could also have one comment for each week, or they could have one message for each content of homework just to cut down on how many logs are in each notepad if they required to.
  5. Additionally these are just same forms that scholars and educators can use Evernote in the classroom. I believe that certain persons are dyeing for the traditional and will certainly not allow turn of paper logs. Also understand that various programs don’t simply give themselves to write notes on a computer math reports being a major instance.
  6. Nevertheless, when I took my math course, I really acquired all my summaries on papers. The rapidity increase of the laptop is caring of messy when you must create lots of multifaceted codes that don’t fitting satisfactory on simple positions. Moreover, Evernote has you enclosed as satisfactory. Through just captivating an image of your logs with your smartphone, you can improve the entire structural assistances. Evernote proposal for your daily logs as well. As somebody who grabbed daily logs in a lesson and laptop logs in others, I absolutely value being capable to require them all in one Evernote place.

  1. Hello Edna,

Your recommendation to use Evernote as a tool of collaboration for educators is an excellent idea! At the high school I currently teach at, one major goal we have as an English department is to create a vertical alignment with our feeder middle school. Our students struggle with the English content area and we believe by working with our middle school feeder pattern colleagues we will be more prepared to support students who are incoming freshmen. "Time constraints" cause us from formally meeting as a middle/high school feeder pattern team, but the fact that Evernote is online and allows multiple ways to share information(notes, video, audio, images) will provide a great medium for collaboration between our schools.

  2. Hey Edna,
You brought forth some ideas that I think would be awesome to implement in an educational setting. The idea of educators and scholars using Evernote to share articles and notes for collaboration I think is genius. Something like that would also allow the administration to be involved and I think really set a great precedent for how colleagues work with one another.

  3. Hi Edna,

I think your ideas of Evernote are amazing, I think that Evernote will probably be implemented fully within the next 3 years by students. Alot of students in utep that are freshmen use it to take notes in science and math classes. Also when I was doing my observations for teaching, I saw alot of AP students using evernote in their tablets. Overall, I think we must learn the technology and make it part of our teaching arsenal.
